Karolinka Ski Resort is located on the outskirts of the town of Karolinka, right next to the main road from Vsetín to Velké Karlovice. The resort offers a high-capacity ski lift with a main slope 1,000 m long and is intended rather for more demanding and sporty skiers. However, the bypass route (“sleeve”) also allows less skilled skiers to avoid the steepest part of the slope, making it suitable for families with children or ski courses as well. From the upper lift station there is a beautiful view of the ridge of the Vsetín Hills and the Javorníky Mountains.
