The town of Stříbro lies on the Mže River in the Tachov District in the Plzeň Region and is one of the leading medieval towns in the territory of today’s Czech Republic, with many interesting monuments. You can see, for example, the Renaissance town hall, the Minorite monastery with the Municipal Museum, remnants of the medieval fortifications, a mining open-air museum, or the Prokop Royal Hereditary Adit. You can relax in the Minorite Gardens, which offer views of the mining open-air museum, the river, and the Ronšperk hill.
