The rolling landscape around Ježkovice, with an elevation ranging between 300 and 500 m above sea level, offers good conditions for hiking and cycling. A green tourist trail from Vyškov to Ruprechtov and a yellow tourist trail leading to the Moravian Karst area and, in the opposite direction, to the Opatovice reservoir pass through the municipality. The municipality is also crossed by the “Through the Heart of South Moravia” cycle route No. 5071 from Blansko to Vyškov.
