The 18-hole course Čertovo břemeno is located in the middle of the Jistebnická vrchovina Nature Park at an average altitude of 640 m. Čertovo břemeno is the name of a nearby rock formation associated with an old legend. Scattered remnants of a stone burden give the course its distinctive character.
The elevation difference between the tee and the green is at most 23 m and at least 2 m. Two streams cross it, and it includes several ponds.
It is possible to play on the course even without a handicap (HCP), but proficiency in the game and knowledge of the rules and etiquette are required, under penalty of exclusion from play.
The course is rated by the Czech Golf Federation and is equipped with a Livepak 500 defibrillator for cardiac arrest.
