The town of Vodice is a popular large lively resort with numerous sporting, entertainment, and social opportunities. It is located approx. 10 km northwest of Šibenik, on the Adriatic Highway. There is a port and an ACI Marina in the town.
Swimming is possible on pebble beaches with a gradual entry into the sea, or there are concrete piers along the coast.
